Aanjaneya Chaturvedi

Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi

Aan is a marine biology major and is interested in freshwater diversity and ecology. In his free time, he likes to go fishing and herping. He keeps a fish life-list, much like birders do. He has lived in India, Malaysia, South Africa, Angola and Texas and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hindi. His goal is to be able to travel and showcase the small, and often overlooked, fish and herps.

    Kiara Carrasco

    Texas A&M University – Galveston

    Kiara is a second-year Marine Biology major at Texas A&M University at Galveston. She is from the small town of Blanco, Texas, also known as the Lavender Capital of Texas. Her research interests include marine and aquatic ecology, invertebrate biology, phycology, and ecotoxicology. She enjoys kayaking, going to thrift stores, and being in nature.

      Steven Graham is a Forensic and Investigative Sciences major from Fort Worth, Texas. He currently works as a researcher in Dr. Jeff Tomberlin’s research lab conducting his own project on the development of the forensically important blow fly Lucilia eximia. He also is an undergraduate teaching fellow in the Physics department. In his free time, I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and doing “outdoorsy” things like camping and hiking! @CUHForensics

        Lucie is a sophomore Coastal Environmental Science and Society Major with a Minor in Marine Biology at Texas A&M University at Galveston. Academically, she is interested in phycology, marine invertebrate biology, teuthology, and biological oceanography. One of her favorite things to learn about is the multitude of ways humans have an effect on the oceanic environment and what we can do, as scientists, to mitigate those effects.

          Joshua, from Atlanta Georgia, is a biology major at Texas A&M University. He has always had the dream to mix his passion of STEM and entertainment in his own niche way. While growing up, he was heavily involved with not only performance in many aspects, but also STEM by completing pathways set by his school district. His love for both research in STEM and performance give him a unique perspective on the world and aids him in taking on challenges from different perspectives than most. Dulin Lab

            Jose Solis is a sophomore from Conroe Texas majoring in University Studies – Society, Ethics, and Law. As a part of his undergraduate degree, he focuses his research on two minors: Philosophy and International Agricultural Development. His undergraduate research program includes two theses with an emphasis on students’ perceptions of the Texas A&M University Honor Code and women’s empowerment in rural Guatemala.
