Olivia Antonelli is a junior kinesiology major at Texas A&M University, focusing on coaching and exercise science. A competitive powerlifter and natural mentor, she brings the same energy and discipline from the gym into her research. “My favorite part of research is the opportunity to learn through discovery,” Olivia said. Her goal is to help others understand how physical science, mental health and motivation intersect in human performance.
Outside of her studies, Olivia loves exploring the outdoors, trying new food spots and thrifting with friends. She believes science and humanities are deeply connected — both help people grow stronger, think deeper and live more fully. Through the Science Influencers program, she hopes to inspire others to see exercise and movement as expressions of both science and self.
